Full-Chip Systems – Artisan Collection

Introducing our latest concrete coating system called the Artisan Collection. It’s a stunning, concrete flooring solution consisting of six distinctive thermoplastic chip (PVA) combinations called Aurora, Avalon, Callisto, Indigo, Infinity and Lunar. These customized chip blends present a range of grey hues, interspersed with specks of white, black, beige and cobalt, that deliver an elegant designer touch to your flooring.

The collection is crafted using innovative production methods that facilitate the fusion of tiny-sized chips with larger-sized chips, that when broadcast into the epoxy primer coat visually emulates the appearance of polished concrete surfaces. Your finished product will comprise a thick layer of moisture-mitigating epoxy, a full-chip broadcast of your chosen Artisan blend, and two (not one) top coats of 100%-solids polyaspartic. This concrete flooring takes 2-days to install…it’s how durable flooring is properly installed. We’ll never apply polyurea direct-to-concrete to permit a 1-day installation…that’s a sign of a poor quality installation.
